Slab-On-Grade. Fast.
The FASTslab system of factory-shaped foam pieces glue together to make the formwork for structural slab-on-grade foundations. The system is designed with an integrated frost apron. It includes pieces for shaping the reinforced slab where required. FASTslab installs directly onto a flat gravel pad with no additional excavation required, and can be customized to provide insulation values ranging from National Energy Code (NECB) compliant to Passive House.

FASTslab is a modular system of type-3 EPS foam manufactured to order and delivered to your specifications. It is customizable to meet a range of insulation levels, from R-10 to R-40. All products are delivered with a comprehensive installation manual, drawings, and a 'how-to’ video.

Installing a FASTslab
Preparing for concrete has never been easier! FASTslab components are manufactured in 8-foot lengths and assembled on site using a foam adhesive. This time-lapse video shows the installation of a 'High-Performance' FASTslab. Following installation, a single concrete pour is required to flood the reinforced edge and create the slab.
